Comfortable rooms with spacious toilet facilities.

The breakfast options were very limited, particularly for Western tastes. It would be hard for many foreigners to find something appealing. Plus, the bed was too hard, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

Exceptional location to explore the vibrant city, with shops and attractions within walking distance. , The room layout provided great comfort, enhanced by a large window allowing natural light to flood in.

Limited English proficiency from staff made communication a tad tricky at times. could feel a bit impersonal. , Breakfast options were a letdown, lacking diversity to satisfy various palates.

The view of Kobe from the upper floors was truly breathtaking, making our stay memorable.

The building sites nearby caused constant noise from 8 am to 5 pm, which disrupted our ability to relax during the day.

I stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room, and it was super spacious with tons of natural light from the large window. The beds were really comfortable, which made it easy to relax after exploring the nearby shops. The bathroom was huge too! The view of the city was an unexpected bonus and made the stay feel special.

The breakfast staff was super friendly, and the food was on point, especially those golden malted waffles! Plus, the room was impressively spacious and spotless, making for a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Kobe's vibrant streets.

The breakfast options felt more geared towards Japanese tastes, rich and diverse but not so much for us Westerners. Also, while the hotel doesn't have a bar or on-site restaurant, you're spoiled for choice with eateries like Kobe Steak Restaurant Royal Mouriya nearby.

Had a fantastic time! The room was super clean and spacious, liked the soundproofing. Enjoyed the comfortable bed and private bathroom. Amenities were great, with an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV. Plus, the view over Kobe from the upper floors was amazing! Definitely considering the massage services next time.
